Hollow Glass Microspheres Using For Building Heat-Insulation
Our co. did successfully develop the pure glass quality HGM using for building heat-insulation in 2011.
The said products are calcined by high temperature . The surfaces of them are fused , glossy and smooth .Ours have stable
physical and chemical properties .The products have , too , the properties of light weight , heat insulation , sound
insulation , flame retardancy , high temperature-proof , anti-age , low water absorption , high strength and good fluidity
etc. . In filling application of the different products , they could replace the traditional light weight aggregates so that they
are new type inorganic light weight heat insulated materials which are of high property and environmental protection . Due
to very low water absorption rate , the technical difficult problems such as wall balloon , wall crack and falling off , owing
to heat-insulated materials absorption water when changed humidity and temperature ,could be solved so that the wall
heat insulation properties are assured .

To the products said above , the diameter of which is 0.3-8mm ,bulk density 0.3-0.75g/cm ,conductive coefficient 0.041
,water absorption rate 4.6% , roundness rate 98% and floating rate 95% .
The products have been applied for the state patent .
